Burton Realty and Auction, Inc. is a Quitman, Georgia based real estate auction/brokerage Company serving the needs of governmental agencies, financial institutions, estate administrators, attorneys and individuals in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee and Montana
Steve and Margie both have previous auction industry experience. (The Burton family was a pioneer in the agricultural auction industry in the State of Georgia. For more than twenty years they hosted four livestock production sales a year on their family farm.) For several years both were associated with another real estate auction company. In 1988 Steve and Margie established Burton Realty and Auction, Inc. in answer to a need for an honest, hard working, dedicated company whose principal purpose was to provide professional service to clients and customers alike in the real estate industry.
Since 1983, Burton Realty and Auction, Inc. has become an industry leader in the Southeastern United States. We have sold properties at auction that include farms, ranches, subdivisions, recreational tracts, timber tracts, citrus groves, residences, commercial properties, condominium units and manufacturing plants. Our company is versatile, having staff members and support personnel whose areas of expertise vary.
Burton Realty and Auction, Inc. company’s corporate headquarters is located in Brooks Co. (Quitman) Georgia. Over the last 19 years Burton Realty and Auction, Inc. has grown from a local “mom and pop” real estate and auction company to a company with licensed brokers, agents and auctioneers in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee and Montana. We attribute our growth to hard work and upright, honest dealings with Sellers and Buyers.

Our company also includes an in house printing operation as well as a sign division, eliminating costly waiting periods for production materials.
With over 24 years experience in the Real Estate auction industry, Burton Realty and Auction, Inc. has accumulated a data base of prospective buyers numbering in the thousands. This list includes names of bona fide real estate buyers who have indicated an interest in properties in this area over the last few years. We also have data banks of other types of real estate buyers who can be targeted.
